Providers are only invited to apply once they’ve been carefully vetted, screened and trained. All in all, only 6% of candidates are allowed onto our platform.

A Selective Process
Professional, trustworthy providers are the key to our success. We conduct live interviews with each candidate and speak to at least three of their professional references.

Background Checks
We use third-party Goodhire to conduct full and ongoing background checks, performing Social Security validation, reviewing national and county-level criminal databases, and scouring sex offenders lists.

Valuing Experience
Each provider must have at least 1 year of professional, paid experience for the roles they’re seeking. Babysitting for nieces and nephews don’t count. All of our in-person childcare providers are CPR-certified.
