How do I order an eGift Card?

All you need to do is head over to our eGift Card page and choose your favorite design, the amount of the gift, and a time for delivery. You’ll also have the option of adding a personal message.

Once you enter your payment information and the contact information for your recipient, we’ll deliver the card at the specified time and email you a confirmation. (Note that Square manages all of our eGift card transactions and information.)
 

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

It’s easy! When you are ready to find a care provider:

1. visit “Get Started” to begin your curated search.

2. enter “Gift Card” in promo code section and we will automatically link your card to your account by your first and last names.

3. After you book a session, your gift card amount will be used toward your payment. Your credit card on file will only be charged any leftover balance.  Any remaining Apiari e-Gift Card amount will be applied to your next Apiari session.
 

How can I check my eGift Card amount?

You’ll see a “View Your eGift Card” button on the email with your Gift Card. This will take you to a page with information about your card balance, transaction history, and methods for redemption, as well as the message from the person who gave you your gift.
 

Where do you offer services?

Currently, Apiari services are offered in New York City, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, Boston and Los Angeles.
 

Can eGift cards be redeemed for cash?

No. Once you’ve purchased a gift card, the value must be applied to an Apiari service.
